Our scope of work includes the construction of roads and sewer systems, integral to the housing foundations. We’re implementing permeable paving for service strips to enhance drainage and sustainability. We’re also focusing on road formation at the site, ensuring it’s meticulously built up and compacted in precise layers, using the best specialised machinery, to maximise structural integrity.
For trench compaction, we’re using the Rammax roller, achieving optimal compaction for the development’s infrastructure. A significant part of the project involves the construction of deep manholes, essential for effective sewer management. Additionally, we’re laying down Terram and capping layers to create a stable and durable foundation that will ensure safety and longevity.
The Chivenor Cross site, located near the River Taw estuary, offers convenient access to North Devon’s scenic trails, beaches, and charming villages. Each home in this development is crafted to meet high standards, blending modern amenities with distinctive design and ample living space.
