WDY Construction is led by founder and director James Woodroffe, who brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Beginning his career as a labourer and progressing to Contracts Manager, James developed a deep understanding of every stage of construction.

His passion for land and property development quickly grew beyond his professional role. From purchasing land to building homes and completing full renovation projects, James turned his vision into reality.
